A '''Mini Yoshi''' is a wind-up toy appearing in ''[[Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge]]'', based on [[Yoshi]]. It becomes playable when the player uses a Yoshi [[amiibo]]. Like other playable [[Mini]]s in the game, Mini Yoshi has a special ability unique to it, which is [[Eat Enemies|eating enemies]] such as [[Shy Guy]]s and [[Piranha Plant]]s by walking into them and sticking out its tongue like an actual Yoshi does.

A '''Mini Yoshi''' is one of many wind-up toys appearing in ''[[Mini Mario & Friends: amiibo Challenge]]''. Mini Yoshis are spawned when the player uses any Yoshi [[amiibo]] available. Like the other playable minis in the game, he has a special ability only known to himself, that being able to eat enemies like his normal counterpart. As with [[Mini Peach]]es, [[Mini Luigi]]s, [[Mini Rosalina]]s, [[Mini Bowser (toy)|Mini Bowser]]s, [[Mini Bowser Jr.]]s, and [[Mini Diddy Kong]]s, Mini Yoshis, the character they are based on makes no appearance in the series.
