The objective of the game is to control [[Samus|Samus Aran]] to fire five [[metroidwiki:Missile|missiles]] at [[metroidwiki:Mother Brain|Mother Brain]] to destroy it. To fire missiles, the player must press {{button|gba|A}}. They can also press down on the {{button|gba|pad}} to use the [[metroidwiki:Morph Ball|Morph Ball]] form and then press up to return. In levels 2 and 3, Mother Brain shoots projectiles at Samus, which cause a failure if they touch her, but can be destroyed with one missile, or can be dodged using the Morph Ball.
The objective of the game is to fire [[metroidwiki:Missiles|missiles]] to destroy [[metroidwiki:Mother Brain|Mother Brain]] while dodging shots from behind.
