::When the user doesn't have a user-page created, the line shows up as well, so I'd be careful. The current template doesn't count userpages when they are only talk-pages. When it says "1 year", does it mean from January 1 to December 31, or just 365 days in general? Because, technically, if it were based on the first and last day of the year, a user could get 4 name changes in less than an hour, if they do two on 12/31 and another two on 1/1. Clearing this page on January 1st is the easiest solution to do. It saves much work for bureaucrats. I got renamed on December 2010, from Waluigi vs Wario to Diddy Kong vs Bowser Jr. If I get a rename again, will I have to wait until December 2011 or can I make another name change before December? Just to make sure.
