This is an edit.
This is another edit, leading to [[luigi|Luigi]] because I, the author, have an immense fondness for him.

There. I actually learned a lot about editing in that sleazy rant of an outburst so you can’t call it spam. Hooray for learning! 💫
=Master of None=
Mario Wiki is, to a very faint degree, written on a biased, slanted basis where fangames are encouraged and Nintendo is criticized. Call me a loyalist or a radical, but wikis should not have any opinion. The polls are the worst part. Whoever writes them up automatically slants the poll towards their preferred outcome. Even if just by a minimal amount, this renders the poll data scientifically useless and cannot be relied on as an wholistic representation of the opinions of fans.
I need to get one other thing straight. Fangames are NOT indies. Indies are video games. Fangames are small games put together unprofessionally by fans and usually don’t create much of a financial profit for anyone. Indies are made not only with quality in mind, but with making a decent amount of money as a goal. Most indie developers rely entirely on the income from their games and thus have to make good, fun games with an enjoyable gameplay experience. Fangame creators don’t have quality or profits in mind. All they want is for their game to be the centre of attention for a while and then drift off into deep time without any sort of legacy or recorded praise. Perhaps the most defining difference between fangames and indies is this: Indie video games, on average, have 18,700% more players than fangames do. There’s your information. Your logical appeal. So why don’t you go pick up an indie? On one final note, games like Bug Fables are inherently not fangames. They are indies. I feel like there is a lot of confusion regarding the differences between fangames and indies. They shouldn’t be. They are two different types of software. Each of them, to an e x t e n t (looking at you, fangames), have their own unique advantages. Everybody (including me) has their own slant or bias about things. Wading through all of that and finding your own opinions is an important thing in life.
