#Ninelevendo It's a fairly good article compared to some, but it still isn't that great either. It's outdated  some of the info looked like it didn't follow the new articles policy. (Why is the intro of the GBA game there?) The items section has really flowery writing, (Turns him into <b>Caped</b> Mario?) and looks more like a guide than a wiki article. The world section is also bland, it's just a list of the worlds when it could be so much better. (Look here for example) Then the trivia is also too big, provided I did just slap the template there. The enemies and character section could also be much better and use more images.

#Vommack Per Ninelevendo. It's a fairly strong article, but there are still some glaring flaws.
#Mario The animated images need to be replaced, the story section sucks, the Yoshi section can be organized much better, the regional differences section is messy, and the critical reception section is disappointingly small, especially for such a "great" game.
#Baby Luigi Please get rid of those animated gifs. Thank you.
#Yoshi876 Per all
#3D Player 2004 Per Mario

Looks like I will think at this soon. I'll wait until Lakitu will be Featured (or the nomination fails).
:Altough Lakitu is a better article than this. He at least doesn't have a section saying: "Lakitu grabs this to become clouded Lakitu" - 16:56, 8 August 2014 (EDT)
This proves i am the worst user... PS:Does ANYONE know how to spell my name right? PPS:I removed my keep featured status. PPPS:Goodbye.
:No you're not the worst user. I did, however, try to explain to you how this process goes. You're getting your votes removed, sure, but the worse thing is that you're not really correcting why you're getting your votes removed. You should consider reading entirely and thoroughly the ruleset and guidelines for Featured Articles. You should also look at examples of other featured articles to have an idea what a featured article should look like. You should take care before casting your vote. Thanks. 23:17, 8 August 2014 (EDT)
::Btw, what are the gif files your speaking of? <s>and why don't you like this game?</s> - 23:20, 8 August 2014 (EDT)
::: <s>because it's overrated and there are platformers today that are much better</s> 23:22, 8 August 2014 (EDT)
:::The file formats are all over the place as well, since there are also static .gif and even .svg files in the table, when it should all be .png. 23:23, 8 August 2014 (EDT)
::::My IPad only supports jpg. I will not be able to help in that regard then. What's so bad about those files anyway? I didn't see the gifs because my iPad only displays them if the page has fully loaded, which it wasn't at the time. - 06:14, 9 August 2014 (EDT)
:::::The animated .gifs are just an eyesore, and we have articles that failed to be featured because there are images in .gif and .png. I think it's presentation issues, because I do believe .gifs and .pngs are rendered differently. I just don't like .svg format; it's, frankly, stupid to have sprites in .svg format (svg stands for Scalable Vector Graphics; sprites are vectors as much as dogs are ice cream pudding). 16:38, 10 August 2014 (EDT)
::::::I'll probably be able to rip some sprites when I get on my computer, and I'll make sure that they're PNG. Although I'm more interested in the GBA remake. - 17:19, 10 August 2014 (EDT)
