@Yoshi the Space Station Manager That was just an example not to be taken literally because I don't want to sort through history sections to find out exactly where to put it. What I'm trying to say here is that other media needs to be ordered chronologically despite that they appear in alternate media. That is MarioWiki's policy and this article violates that by splicing the sections into the latter areas of the article. You're wrong about Mario Sports Superstars, we separate Mario Baseball, Mario Tennis, Mario Golf, and Mario Sports Mix. Mario Sports Superstars is not connected to any of those former sports, so it should be on the bottom with its own category. 18:22, 6 February 2017 (EST) | @Yoshi the Space Station Manager That was just an example not to be taken literally because I don't want to sort through history sections to find out exactly where to put it. :@any voters: Seriously, go reread MarioWiki policy pages before you happily impulsively vote to remove my vote, because what you're voting for obviously violates it. 18:25, 6 February 2017 (EST) | :@any voters: Seriously, go reread MarioWiki policy pages before you happily impulsively vote to remove my vote, because what you're voting for obviously violates it. 18:25, 6 February 2017 (EST)
:I tried to put the games in chronologically, first by when the series was created (e.g. Smash Bros. comes before Paper Mario) and then sort the games of that series. However, there are some games that don't fit into a sub-series, like Super Mario Maker. The cartoons are a different case, though. Originally, I was going to group them under an "Animation" header, but was soon told not to do so. And I don't know when each of the animations were released. However, Mario Sports Superstars IS a sports game, it's just its own sports title. 18:27, 6 February 2017 (EST) | :I tried to put the games in chronologically, first by when the series was created (e.g. Smash Bros. comes before Paper Mario) and then sort the games of that series. ::Look at how Mario organizes his nonvideo game media appearances, then go look back at Luigi's article. It's integrated nicely within his history instead of Luigi splitting it off. I was the one who told you not to treat nonvideogame media as separate appearances. | ::Look at how Mario organizes his nonvideo game media appearances, then go look back at Luigi's article. False or questionable statements | False or questionable statements
* | *"His first appearance was in NES Open Tournament Golf. In the game, Luigi wore green striped overalls and hat along with a blue shirt with white stars imprinted on it. This is the only game to show Luigi with this outfit." <br>Wrong. It is Family Computer Golf: Japan Course came first, then Family Computer Golf: U.S. Course and THEN NES Open Tournament. Luigi also wore the 'Murica outfit in Family Computer Golf: U.S. Course.
* | *"The Super Mario Adventures comic serial's depiction of Luigi, oddly, features him in an opposite portrayal to his personality in the games and cartoons."<br> Arguably false since Luigi is a coward in Super Mario Adventures and is prone to goofing off. Not unlike the games and cartoons. This is contradicted later in the article "Luigi is portrayed as timid and a bit of a coward, which was first shown in Super Mario Adventures."
* | *"Luigi has also been known to cross-dress several times. The first time was in Super Mario Adventures, second in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga and third was (implied) in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door." <br>Misleading, as Luigi has cross-dressed countless times in Super Mario-Kun, and there may be other undocumented cross-dressings.
* | *"Super Mario Adventures downplays his cowardice altogether, instead portraying him as rash and willing to make choices without putting much thought into them. His main characteristic here is greed. However, his greed is not for money as it was in the anime, but for food; when the brothers came across a haunted house, Luigi was drawn in immediately by the smell of cheese." <br>False for the claim about "downplaying cowardice" and the "rash" decisions could be considered a component of Luigi's clumsiness. The last point is misleading as both brothers are hungry but Luigi has a weaker will to resist, not because he's greedy.
*"In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, the Star Gate (which supposedly knows all) passes Luigi as 'unworthy' to enter. This most likely has something to do with Luigi's 'dark secret from his past,' which it also mentions; Luigi did something either embarrassing or foolish which he has kept a secret ever since. However, in a interview with a member of staff, he stated Luigi had no dark secret, and it was actually a reference to Luigi's constantly living in the shadow of his brother. He also added: 'Why make Luigi into a bad guy? We have Waluigi for that instead!'"<br> Source? | *"In Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, the Star Gate (which supposedly knows all) passes Luigi as 'unworthy' to enter. :Okay, so, essentially, I just rewrote what was already there. This article needs a MAJOR overhaul, and I see that now. Thanks for the advice, and I'll begin working on the article when I can, however, I don't know everything, so I may not be able to get all the information this article needs.... 00:03, 7 February 2017 (EST) | :Okay, so, essentially, I just rewrote what was already there.
