Upon defeat, he transforms into his true form that is more stronger than his original form, with new moves like the Buzzsaw Slice which deals 45-75% of damage (and an Instant KO when played at a hard difficulty or higher.). Upon the true form's defeat, he will fall on the ground, grunting, similar to his death animation in a Game & Watch game.
