The game starts off with Meat Boy and his girlfriend Band-Aid Girl who is actually his nemesis ''Dr. Fetus'' in disguise. The player has to tap Meat Boy to run into Band-Aid Girl. The objective of the game is to let Meat Boy touch Band-Aid Girl, so that she turns into Dr. Fetus, and the game is won. If Meat Boy doesn't get to his girlfriend in time, the game automatically ends in a loss.
