London appears in ''Mario is Missing!''. In the [[Mario is Missing! (Nintendo Entertainment System)|NES version]], it is in the fifth pair of levels alongside [[Buenos Aires]]. In the [[Mario is Missing! (Nintendo Entertainment System)|NES]] and [[Mario is Missing! (PC)|PC]] versions of the game, it is in the final level set. Like all cities in the game, [[Koopa Troopa]]s stole famous artifacts from its landmarks to fund their scheme to melt Antarctica. These are: the [[Crown Jewels]] from the [[Tower of London]], a [[Bust of Shakespeare]] from [[Westminster Abbey]], and [[Big Ben]]'s [[Big Ben's minute hand|minute hand]]. In the PC version, they also stole the [[Guard's bearskin hat|bearskin hat]] of a [[Buckingham Palace]] guard and the [[Door to 10 Downing Street|Door]] to [[10 Downing Street]]. Luigi has to find and return them to the respective landmarks.

In the PC version, Luigi is contacted by the city's mayor, [[Mayor Lan Slide]], upon arriving in the city and for a second time upon completing his business there.

London appears in ''[[Mario's Time Machine (PC)|Mario's Time Machine]]''. [[Mario]] travels back in time to London circa 1595 to return the stolen [[Crown]] of the then-reigning monarch, [[Queen Elizabeth I]]. However, Mario only enters the queen's palace, and does not explore any of London. While there, he also talks to one of the queen's servants, one of the queen's handmaidens, and [[Francis Drake]]. Mario later travels back in time to 1831 to return a [[Magnet (Mario's Time Machine)|Magnet]] to [[Michael Faraday]], talking to [[Sarah Barnard]], [[Charles-Gaspard de la Rive]], and a boy who claims to be an heir to the throne of England while there. Later still, Mario travels back in time to 1843, visiting one of London's streets to return [[Charles Dickens]]' [[Inkwell]]. There, he talks to a grumpy banker, a poor orphan, and Charles's wife, [[Catherine Dickens]]. In all three time periods, he leaves the city after returning the important item to its respective owner.

A course based on London called [[Tour London Loop|London Loop]] appears in ''[[Mario Kart Tour]]'', debuting in and serving as the signature course of the [[London Tour]]. A second route for the course named London Loop 2 debuted in the [[Baby Rosalina Tour]], and a third called London Loop 3 was later introduced in the [[Halloween Tour (2021)|2021 Halloween Tour]]. London Loop returns in ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]'' as part of the ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass|Booster Course Pass]]'' DLC, being the first course of the [[Rock Cup]].
