'''Little Yoshi''' is a young [[Yellow Yoshi]], closely resembling a [[Baby Yoshi]], whose only appearance is in the game ''[[Tetris Attack]]''. He appeared to be [[Yoshi]]'s friend; perhaps even his child. Also note that his shoe is the same color as Yoshi's. 

Baby Yoshis in the game ''[[Yoshi (game)|Yoshi]]'' were also referred to as Little Yoshis. However, these were a group of [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshis]] rather than a single character. It is plausible that Little Yoshi is indeed a ''[[Super Mario World]]'' Baby Yoshi, judging by his perpetually half-open eyes, more beak-like nose, lack of a saddle, and his stout appearance.
