When the sign says '''GO''', alternatively shake the Wii remote and Nunchuck as fast as possible to build up speed. When nearing the Foul line, gently move the Wii remote forwards, not too fast, not to slow. Be warned, if the player crosses the Foul line at any time during the event, they get a foul (Warning: The player keeps running for a bit after throwing the Javelin, throw from well behind the line).
