Isaac Marshall (March ??, 1974 – ) is a Game designer/voice actor/Audio Designer from Michigan, who voiced characters for Nintendo in the 90's. His knack for imitating fellow employees was realized by many in Nintendo of America R&D where he worked as a game designer/audio designer.  Later, Isaac would send an audio tape to NCL with 1 min of various voices spoken in a multitude of languages.  They were impressed with his range and selected him to do various odd voices.  Among his voice acting roles in the Marioverse, one of his most well-known roles is the voice of Toad Mario Kart 64. He also was the voice ofBirdo and Bowser in some of nintendo's games.

Isaac Marshall is a former game tester for Nintendo of America who is credited in several games in the Donkey Kong Country series. He also portrayed Toad in the English version of Mario Kart 64 and lent his voice for Tetris Attack.
When asked in a recent interview about his work with Nintendo and his voicework, he commented :

Works
"Nintendo was a great experience.  Being an 18 year-old kid sitting in a room discussing conceptual ideas with Shigeru Miyamoto was a dream fulfilled. However, that was the tip of the iceburg... I wasnt content with designing a game and being a voice in it.  I had to do more.  I wanted to utilize myself fully on any project.  You know, challenge myself.  Reinvent myself."

Isaac would leave Nintendo to continue working in gaming while providing voice over work under various aliases for TV and Film/Animation(Anime). When asked about this, he commented; "I do it because its fun.  Im not on some mission to be a big name.  I prefer to work in the shadows.  Becuase thats were the real magic is a constant.  Also, having these "aliases" keeps me humble."

Isaac currently resides in seattle.
