Their main function is to control access to the various rooms of the [[Glitz Pit]], including barring [[Mario]] from entering rooms that the player is not supposed to access. Security members are also tasked with escorting fighters from the locker rooms to the ring before matches. The species of the Security is unknown, but all of them are muscular, blue-skinned, have yellow tufts of hair, wear black shades and suits, and hold their hands behind their backs (which are made visible in certain poses in the game's [[Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Nintendo Switch)|remake]]).
