The '''Forbidden Pop-Up Book''' is one of the main elements of the ''[[Yoshi's Universal Gravitation]]'' story. Is a book filled with spirits, and owned by the greatest of all, [[Hongo]]. In the beginning of the game, Hongo use his magic to stop [[Bowser]], who try to conquer the [[Yoshi's Island (place)|Yoshi's Island]] with his armies. 

Hongo fails in the action, and insert into the book the Yoshi's Island too. Into the book, [[Yoshi]], helped by some spirits, must try to defeat Bowser to save the Yoshi's Island at last.
