Yes, it is official, and yes, it needs to be re-uploaded (lol). | ::::::The programs I used were simple and are free for download. If you're interesting, I used PhotoFiltre, which is basically a dumbed-down version of PhotoShop, and good old MS Paint for minor adjustments. There are many other great free programs. If an editing-program exists that you have to pay for, you can bet that there's a free alternative for it.
