'''Cranky's Hut''' is where [[Cranky Kong]] resides in the [[Game Boy Advance]] [[remake]] of ''[[Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest]]''. There is a Cranky's Hut located in every area of [[Crocodile Isle]] except [[The Flying Krock]]. It is the successor of the [[Monkey Museum]] from the original version. In his hut, Cranky sells advice in exchange for [[Banana Coin]]s (although some advice is free). It also hosts an extra [[minigame]], [[Expresso Racing]]. Cranky keeps his pet, [[Expresso the Ostrich|Expresso]], caged up in his hut. With [[golden feather]]s, [[Diddy Kong|Diddy]] and [[Dixie Kong]] can enhance Expresso's stats for Expresso Racing. 

Compared to the Monkey Museum, Cranky's Hut has only a few unique objects in the background, and there are no cameo appearances from other video game franchises. The "[[Donkey Kong|DK]]" logo is hidden to the side, and the [[Rare Ltd.|Rare]] logo is on top of Expresso's cage. A racing flag is hung at the entrance, and a certificate with a red ribbon hangs is hung to the right of the racing flag. There are four tires, three of which have a few eggs on them, and one is leaning against Expresso's cage. A cage with a small [[Winky the Frog|Winky]] is in the center of the room. A silver bucket is next to the Winky's cage. At the very front, to the left, is a barrel with some [[Banana Bunch]]es on it.

Trophies that are won from Expresso Racing sit on the shelves of Cranky's Hut. 1st place trophies are gold, 2nd place trophies are silver, and 3rd place trophies are bronze.
