The first cave is a horizontal, watery course where Wario must dodge Helmuts as he makes his way across. After the Yadorā, Wario faces [[Pirate Goom]]s in the next waterfall-filled, horizontal cave, located directly above the first room. This area also has a door on a high platform leading to a [[save point]]. The fourth room is also vertical, but instead of Yadorā, this area features multiple [[Penkoon]]s.
