Editing Cloaking Device

A '''Cloaking Device''' is an item in the game, Perfect Dark. It is also used as a helpful item in the game, [[Super Smash Bros. Melee]]. If a player were to press A while near a Cloaking Device, it would turn the player invisible for a short amount of time. The player is not completely invisible, and sometimes the player will even flash to regular for a little bit. The only bad thing about this item is that sometimes the player cannot see himself.
