Should we have a subcategory for proposal templates? Like:

*{{tem|Settled TPP}}
*{{tem|proposal archive}}

:I think TPP and Settled TPP should remain in [[:Category:Talk notices]], and the others would already fit nicely in [[:Category:Formatting templates]].
