| :Cursorily, while some characters are cut from ''Super Mario-kun'', I think there is a real benefit to having a category narrowly focused on the subjects that debuted in the series. I worry a category that contains all subjects would be very cluttered. I recommend establishing a second category to sit alongside this one, either a "Category:Subjects that debuted in Super Mario-kun" to inherit the role of this this one, or a "Category:Subjects that appear in Super Mario-kun" for your idea. | ::Yeah, that makes a ton of sense - not sure if there are any new characters in Kun yet as I'm only just getting started with covering it here, but it would make what goes in this category less confusing and prevent stuff like Ice Flower from being added in the future. I never meant to replace this category to be clear, just seemed like the best place to bring it up. Maybe the latter should just be characters? If it's all possible subjects, I'd feel that would get extremely long - then again, it is just a category, not a list page, hmm... Could be split into items, characters, etc maybe.
