| :Is this a no-brainer? I'd like to have some other thoughts on this. We don't have other categories on enemies that cause a certain status ailment, but that shouldn't stop anything. {{User:Bazooka Mario/sig}} 14:53, 21 June 2015 (EDT)

| ::This category is not just for enemies that can cause the poison status ailment however. It is for "various species and characters in the Mario series that are composed of poison, or can produce or manipulate poison." It can be considered similar to the categories for Fire, Ice, and Electrical Enemies.

| :::Well, this category hasn't seen use since this probably doesn't encompass ''all'' enemies that cause the poison status ailment. And I frankly find those definitions silly. Mario and Luigi aren't categorized as "Fire Creatures", "Ice Creatures", ''and'' "Electrical Creatures" (Mario can use Zap Tap and [[Thunder Bolt (item)|Thunder Bolt]]; for Luigi, see ''Superstar Saga'' and ''Strikers Charged''), but technically, they are (yet, Fire Mario is there as a "Fire Creature"). Oh well, if those categories work, I'd just add the categories for those creatures as well. {{User:Bazooka Mario/sig}} 15:05, 22 June 2015 (EDT)
