Although we agreed that [[MarioWiki:Proposals/ | Although we agreed that the Mario's Time Machine historical figures are both characters and people, there's something off about Hiroshi Yamauchi being stuck between Henry Ford and Ho Ti. I think that it'd be more valuable for the people (developers, actors, etc.) who had a direct hand themselves in the Mario franchise to receive more attention than the fictionalized appearances of a smorgasbord of figures in a single obscure game. I can guarantee that the vast majority of readers who look at this category are more interested in the former category than the latter; one shows the genuine history, for lack of a better term, of the franchise, and the other is a trivia point. In short, I propose that a new category be created to house the historical figures that exclusively appear in Mario's Time Machine. All of them may be people as per the wiki's technical term, but it's a bit disingenuous to treat them as equally relevant. | ||
