I generally agree with the proposal, as I'm all for specificity and consistency (especially since most other animal-related categories are tailored after some taxon), but I'm on the fence because of Belly Belch. As even you described it, it is too much of an amalgamation to be pigeonholed into an exact biological group, I feel. The characters that are indisputably based on annelids can be put in an Annelids category, sure, but Belly Belch would perhaps be a better fit for a nebulous supercategory like "Invertebrates".
