Editing Bumper

The Bumper is an object coming in the Super Mario Maker Bookmark update, December 22nd.
The Bumper is acquired via shaking a grinder. When contacted, the Bumper bounces you based on where you hit it. Like the Trampoline, if you press the jump button as you bounce, you'll bounce higher
