Bowser Banks are special banks found only on the board Bowser Land in Mario Party 2. The Bowser Banks are run by a Koopa Kid named the Baby Bowser Banker. Unlike with the Koopa Banks found on the other boards in the game, characters who pass one of Bowser Land's Bank Spaces are loaned five Coins instead of depositing five. The Bowser Bank keeps a single tab of the number of Coins that have been loaned out to the four players. If a player passes a Bowser Bank while in a Bowser Suit, the Baby Bowser Banker mistakes them for Bowser and gives them 20 coins.

Also unlike with Koopa Banks, if a player lands on the Bank Space, they must pay the total number of Coins that the bank has loaned. If the player does not have enough Coins, the Baby Bowser Banker takes all of the player's Coins; however, if they have at least one Star and zero Coins, the Baby Bowser Banker steals the Star. In the unlikely event someone lands on the bank when coins have been loaned out and they have no coins or Stars at all, the Baby Bowser Banker complains that the player signed a contract for the loan and he will threaten to get a lawyer to sue the player, but nothing happens. After any of these scenarios, the tab is reset.
The Bowser Bank is a special bank found only on the Bowser Land board from Mario Party 2.

As opposed to the Koopa Bank, which is run by a Koopa Troopa and appears on all the other boards in Mario Party 2, the Bowser Bank works in an almost opposite manner, and is run by the Baby Bowser Banker. Whereas the Koopa Bank asks for every player who passes the Bank Space to deposit up to five coins, the Bowser Bank will loan five coins to each player who passes it, keeping a single tab of the number of coins that have been loaned out to the four players.

Should a player happen to land on the Bank Space, they must then pay back the total number of coins that have been loaned out. If the player doesn't have enough coins, the Baby Bowser Banker will settle for all of the player's coins. However, should a player have at least one Star and no coins at all, the Baby Bowser Banker will steal a Star. After someone lands on the Bowser Space, the Baby Bowser Banker will restart the tab from zero coins, regardless of whether or not he was properly compensated by the player.
