It is found only in [[Mushroom Bridge]] of the [[Flower Cup]], and in [[Mushroom City]] of the [[Star Cup]] in ''Double Dash!!''. They reappeared in''Mario Kart Wii'', but only in ''[[Moonview Highway]]''. They are found driving on their own at a relatively low speed on the main streets. They are not found driving on shortcuts so it is sometimes safer to take a shortcut than to get hit. | |||
The effect of hitting a '''Blue Car''' has the same effect as hitting a [[banana]] in ''Mario Kart: Double Dash!!'', simply leading to a wipe-out. Getting hit by it in ''Mario Kart Wii'' causes drivers to flip over or get flattened momentarily. A common trouble is to get stuck while wiping out on the car and then wiping out yet again.
