The Big Boo is a hidden boss found in the [[Donut Secret House|Secret Donut Plains Ghost House]].<ref>''Mario Mania'' pg. 51</ref> It has two normal [[Boo]]s accompanying it in battle. Big Boo flies at [[Mario]] or [[Luigi]] to injure it when it is visible, so Mario has to throw a [[Grab Block]] at it to defend itself. Once hurt, it is invincible while moving somewhere else and reappearing. The Big Boo can be defeated by throwing [[Grab Block]]s at its face three times. Once The Big Boo is defeated, the new path to [[Star World]] is shown.
