A '''Bat''' is a minor type of ghost found in ''[[Luigi's Mansion]]''. They came in a variety of colors and often appeared in large groups. They would hang from the ceiling, and when [[Luigi]] walked by, the mob of Bat spirits would swoop down to attack the green-clad hero. If one managed to hit Luigi, the plumber would be slightly damaged (five HP) and the ghost would disappear in a puff of smoke. If the strike was unsuccessful, the Bat would return to the ceiling and prepare for the next attack. These ghostly Bats could be easily sucked up with the [[Poltergust 3000]], or destroyed with elemental powers. They were not very dangerous. | |||
